The title of "Miss Nepal World 2022" has been won by 24-year old Priyanka Rani Joshi from Kathmandu. She has a bachelor's degree in mass communication and English literature. Joshi won the title of 'Miss Nepal World 2022' after beating 22 competitors in the grand finale held by Hidden Treasure at the newly constructed Sunrise Convention Center at Godavari in Lalitpur on Saturday. She even won the title of Miss Delight.
Out of 23 contestants in the grand finale, Joshi was selected as the best in 12, 6, and in the last 3 competitions. Along with the title, she will be representing Nepal in 'Miss World 2022'. She was crowned Miss Nepal 2020 by Namrata Shrestha.

Similarly, Sarisha Shrestha, 25, of Sankhuwasabha, won the title of Miss Nepal Earth and Nancy Khadka, 24, of Biratnagar, won the title of Miss Nepal International. Artha Shrestha also won the title of Miss Confident, while Khadka won the title of "Miss Popular Choice". The 'Miss Nepal Supernational' franchise has not been given continuity this year.

The jury consisted of Miss Nepal 2019 Anushka Sharma, 2017 Miss Nepal International Niti Shah, film director Nischal Basnet and other personalities from education, communication, and administration, Poonam Ghimire, Balram Pathak, Lakpa Wagmo Sherpa, and Deepak Thapa. This year's Miss Nepal beauty pageant had six doctors, three engineers, entrepreneurs, and journalists. Diwakar Rajkarnikar, chairman of Hidden Treasure, announced the finalists.
